If not the marbles stay where they are and you need to try again. Each of the five spinning domes is associated with a colour and you can determine four of them through the nearby viewfinders. We finally solve the much talked about but so far unseen fire marble puzzle and power up the book domes so that next time we can finally pay a visit to gehn. The puzzles to be solved are scattered around the world and are often integrated very naturally into the environment.

If you are really stuck here is the solution. However the fifth is inaccessible until after you solve the puzzle to the best of my knowledge so you end up having to guess the final colour granted from only two choices. You must place five colored marbles on the grid to represent the locations of the five fire marble domes on riven s islands. How do i figure out where the marbles go on the grid. Go round the rock and take your first proper look at the riven isles. If you have solved the puzzle you should hear the system powering up the linking books and see the marbles ending back on the right.
